My Saturdays...


When the time just flies by....
I am making a quick post because I am longing for a warm shower after the busy day I have had. I have been meeting  friends the entire day ( keeping up with ur social-life & all events can be surprisingly hard sometimes!!) I have been so busy that only exercise I have done today, besides walking around the city & from place a to b... was my squat challenge which I started this morning. My saturdays usually tend to be super busy and I always tend to make several plans for one day ... so I sometimes end up feeling like I am totally running out of time. Well at least no one can blame me for being unsocial! Well hopefully tomorrow I will have time to have a loooooong and sweaty workout!

Overall I feel like my eatings have been good though, unfortunately due to my hectic day I did not eat a proper dinner. But this was whatsoever an awesome day! I got to see my friends I haven´t seen in months which was GREAT!

Tomorrow I am planning on putting my main workout emphasis on my stomach. Gonna get those sexy abs no matter what! But now.... little bit  "lets get those sexy abs" motivation!!

DAAAAAMN DAT ASS!

Busy busy day!
I have been going around the city like a crazy person the entire day. I have been meeting my friends & having ice tea with them, while enjoying the sun which is finally appearing even here in the cold northern side of the globe. I have been also trying to find my graduation dress ( YES. I know... I should have done this ages ago).... and I finally found it. It´s white with several lace layers and I simply adore it.

Speaking of which, when I tried the dress on, I got even more motivated about changing my body and I really wanna put some serious effort into working and shaping my butt!! Wanna seriously have a HOT ASS in the end of this summer! While being in the middle of my butt inspiration... I decided to  take on this challenge,which I found in my favorite tumblr´s wall...So gonna get my butt shaped!

Since I took on to this challenge I am gonna take it a one step further by doing 10 squats per every like this post gets. So everyone out there start liking this post ...so that I can get the butt of my dreams!

My working out today did not include the run I talked about earlier cause it was simply too hot weather for running.... but I did zumba and weight lifting instead. Now I am simply going to relax and watch a good movie with my sister... Have a great Friday night all !

Day 1 Behind!

Morning everyone! The second day has started with a glass of water and a bowl of rye porridge with berries and raisins. Since I am done with school I am planning on drinking my morning coffee, chilling and  watching an old episode of Pretty Litte Liars ( who else is just dying to see the next out coming episode on June!?). I am going to have a busy evening with some of my friends, so I am planning on going running before lunch so then I can focus on having fun with my lovelies instead of constantly thinking about " what about my workouts ?". Annnnd guuuueeess what!? I just found out yesterday evening that I got a summer job! So I have been smiling the whole entire morning.

Yesterday was great and my motivation is still really high, ( hoping that it will stay that way for good!)  and you can just imagine my surprise when I ended up working out for 2h 30 min in total! I also added some  food pictures from yesterday....

NEW BEGINNING

 Starting a blog is entirely a new, a bit out of the blue and exiting thing for me. Firstly I have tell to all the readers that I am not a native speaker (I am originally from finland so I  WILL make mistakes when writing a blog in english!) so I ask you to bare with me :). I have been thinking about starting a fit & healthy lifestyle blog for a long time and now I finally executed my plan. I gave a long hard thought about that "what should my first post be about?" and  I decided to tell my very very shortened life story.

I am turning 19 soon and I have been struggling with my weight ever since the beginning of 8th grade. I remember being a bit chubby child, never overweighted, but chubby. I have always loved exercise and working out, so the main problem has always been the unhealthy food. Due to the fact that I was a bit chubby child, I lost a quite much weight during the 8th grade, which however came back during the 9th grade. Throughout my high school years, I lived in that weight ( around 57-59 kg) which I was great deal " disappointed " about. I felt always chubbier than other girls and I never truly felt confident about my body. However I succeeded to loose around 6 kg during the summer 2012, which came unfortunately back due to the fact that I barely ate anything back then. Thus as soon as I gave some slack and started eating more normally, I gained my weight back to 59 kg. My "new attempt" to loose weight was very successful and healthy during autumn 2012, when I weighted around 51-52 kg, which for the first time in my life, made me feel confident and happy about myself. However I was a senior in high school. When my massive final exams  & stress nocked on the door, I ditched almost all exercise & working out among my healthy eating habits and gave in to junk food from pizza and chips to chocolate and candy. I survived through my final exams, but my weight raised back to the 59 kg. Couple days ago I realized that my JOJO -weight loss system, from healthy to unhealthy and back to starving myself, will not work. It´s not good or healthy way to live my life.  



The final drop was when I had successfully had an healthy eating day but my mother had bought a bag of salt & vinegar chips ( which still are one of my biggest weaknesses) and OFC I ended up eating a small cup of those chips, though I had earlier promised myself that "no more junk food"! After eating that small bowl of chips I realized something, I do not want to chub into my mouth unhealthy & highly processed foods with full of unhealthy fats and sugars. I want to have a long, healthy life and eat foods, vitamins and proteins which my body truly needs and which eating makes me happy. Furthermore I dont want to get the "hot summer body" by starving myself 4 weeks before the summer break.... I want to have" hot body" everyday of every year and embrace it. 


 So my blog is going to be about healthy and clean eating, exercise and healthier & consistant lifestyle changes. I will be posting plenty of good work out tips, inspiration, healthy food recipes, my daily life happenings and ofc about my personal progress! So keep tuned & nighty night!
