I weigh in my self around 3-5 times a week, but I am keeping Monday´s as my official weigh-in days. I have set a date that in the beginning of August I would be at my UGW. This basically means that on average my weight loss should be -1kg per a week, which is a good weight-loss phase. Of course if I loose weight faster it will be only a good thing. I will also add my body stats soon, so I will be updating my weight loss progress here!

CW: Have not been on scale because I am not sure whether my host family has one, but I will be putting the exact weight asap! ( but my weight is now around 56-57 kg)

I also thought that rewarding myself ( only HEALTHY rewards!) when achieving certain weight could be something which would promote my motivation & weight loss so:
Rewards:
55Kg = New running shoes & work out clothes
(my old running shoes...will not last for long anymore!)
53 Kg = A pair of new shoes <3
52 Kg = New Bikinis
50 Kg = A shopping day ( including buying cute clothes & gorgeous underwear!)
Can´t wait to start seeing some serious results!
