This week is gonna be crazy!

Hey peeps!
I have been super busy today & I wont be able to update my blog before Sunday. I am having my graduation party on Thursday and we have huge amount of relatives & friends coming from all over the Finland & Sweden... it´s gonna be so much fun & I am so excited. Only thing I am slightly worried about is "What is going to happen to my healthy eating due to all the delicious graduation party food?". Hopefully I wont  entirely ruin my progress! Also working out is not going to be part of my Wednesday ´s or Thursday´s schedule cause I am simply so so busy with baking, preparing for graduation & helping relatives to get to know the city, sleeping and trying to find a dress for a student party! So I am going to have at least 2 day break from working out... ( but hopefully that´s it!)... lets keep out fingers crossed!

Today I went for gym to workout and I had another healthy eating day. Only weird thing I have been wondering about today ...was that my weight is dropping really fast. Because this morning when stepping on the scale the scale showed 54.5 kg (& I have no idea why my weight is dropping this quickly).... but  suppose I should not be complaining, as long as me weight remains to drop! It also came to my realization that wow... I am half way through... 4.5 kg left before my UWG & then I just have to continue embracing myself & healthy lifestyles.


Sorry for the short post, but I have an early morning and sleeping is at least as important for your weight loss as working out and healthy eating so kisses lovelies! I am off to bed.

-4 KG!?!?

Morning!
Came here to do a quick morning post about my progress! As you know I decided to have my official weigh in every Monday morning. So This morning I stepped on the scale and you can imagine my surprise when the scale was showing  55KG!! ..... - 4 KG!? Really? .... You can only imagine my surprised face! I suppose probably my starting weight was not exactly 59 kg cause I weighted myself during the evening ( after eating those chips...) so perhaps more accurate starting weight would have been 57-58 kg. Anyhow.... I am so so happy this morning & you have no idea how this makes me want to push myself harder and adapt even more to healthier lifestyles!!



I just ate some breakfast & now I am planning on going to store & then off to gym to do a sweaty sweaty work out! Have a great week.

Summer is heeere!

This morning was so cold and it looked just plain awful... and after the cloudy morning the sun came up and lovely summery weather appeared out of nowhere!! Furthermore could not help noting that almost everyone were wearing shorts..... which leads to my other realization that summer and warm weather itself.... are great motivators! I have also been hanging out & baking today with my dear friend. We ended up baking the best cheese bread ever (no joke) ....so everyone who doubts this....  I will be posting the recipe on the food section later!;) I also did my sweaty sweaty workout today and put lot of emphasis on my stomach which I am little by litte starting to get more happy about.

Sorry for the relatively short post peeps... I am so tired that I just want to go to bed and sleep all my tiredness of right now... so  here is some evening "get fit" motivation for you guys.
