Hola everyone!
So I have been doing some deep thinking about "the dream body". The whole concept is a bit bizar for me. I mean when you really think about it, everyone has their own opinion and taste what is "the dream body". Of course media is molding our minds with certain " stereotypical and ideological dream bodies" which every women should have. However I believe that As long a you  think that you have the dream body and you are/feel healthy, it does not matter what size you are.

However.... since my "opinion" about " dream body" does not match with my current figure I am working very hard towards the kind of body I day dream about! So long story short & since 1 picture tells more than 1000 words... here are some pictures which are close to my idea of having the " the dream/perfect body".

victoria secret... talk about having amazing figure!.... and I do not know many people who would disagree with me!

source: from various fit/ weight loss tumblers & blogs ( I do not own the pictures)

So here you can see what sort of body I would love to have in the future. Some muscles yes, not only bone and skin. However I want to still be slim and not too muscular (though this, is once again a matter of opinion). But now I am off to drink some water and tan myself because the weather could not be more perfect! Adiooos my lovelies!

ps. Check out my food & work out sections... have been updating those a bit!

Sun & Spaaaaain!

Hello my lovelies!
Sorry for being absent. I have had a crazy last week and therefore I have not been updating my blog. I want to tell you a bit about what´s going on in my life and  how my goals and eatings may change a bit in the future. So I am now in Spain ( crazy ha??) I am working here around 6 weeks as au pair for two children who are 8 & 10 years old. My host family lives in Madrid and this is now my 3rd day in Spain and I am simply loving the warm weather.

Since I am in Spain and living with my host family, I obviously have to  get used to their life rhythm and their ways of eating and dining. This was/ still slightly is a scary thing for me because Spanish people eat lot of paella, pasta, meat and fried food without forgetting pastries & ice cream! I am not able to cook my dinner by myself so I have to eat basically whatever my host mom / family prepares, ( which is a bit tricky when loosing weight). However I have told her that I like to eat yoghurt and fruits for breakfast (so my breakfast has been and continues being healthy and nutritious). Also what I have eaten as a snack has been cherries or other fruits with big cup of water (which is also a healthy option). However sometimes the family has wanted me to taste a spanish chips or their homemade fries so I have then usually tasted one or couple just to be polite. Luckily they also like to make sallads and I have eaten small portions during lunch and dinner ( and by now my host family knows that "I do not eat that big portions") so I am starting to feel more reliefed about my eating plan here in Spain.

When it comes to exercising, going to gym 4 times a week is not an option. This is because 1 time at the gym costs 6 euros! ( crazy prices!). However they have nice running tracks/paths  here ( from 4 km-8km) so I  am planning on running/jogging  3-4 times a week 4km-8km. My host family also has some weights ( 4 kg & 5kg) and gymnastic mat so I have been doing & I am able to continue doing my strength working out and jumping jacks. I also found out yesterday that there is body pump classes 2 times a week and it would cost 48 euros/per month. So I am now considering about starting those classes in the beginning of July. In this way I would get more cardio workout ( in a fun way).  My weight increased during/after graduation and it´s now around 57 kg and my aim is to be 50 kg by the time I go back to Sweden ( beginning of August). So I have to loose 1 kg per a week, which means that my phase will be pretty doable.

So now some motivation to keep me and you guys going! do not stop till you are there where you want to be!

Guests & candy!

Hello my fellows!

So yes, as you can see from the headline, I ate  little/some candy today among 1 portion of ice cream and 30g of popcorn.... so lets say that I did not eat healthy today! We had quests and movie night and felt rude "not to eat" so I ate... However my total calorie intake was around 1300-1400kcal... which is relatively okay right? I did not exceed my daily calorie limit ( though I feel very full atm cause I usually eat less) but I did not binge.

Sooooo perhaps next time I shall pass all the treats. But at least one comforting part is that I should not gain weight from this "slip" or "unhealthy evening snack choice".

Now however I have to sleep because I am planning on going for a morning run ( 9.00 am yall) in order to consume those "extra calories gained from junk"plus I am furthermore planning on doing my normal 1, 3h to 2,3h normal work out so that I can "balance up" my unhealthy choice. However though I feel guilty about this, I am not going to beat myself up .... I controlled my eating, I did not exceed my daily intake and feeling awful about my choices wont result in a change.... working my butt off tomorrow however will.... so with these thoughts.... I wish all you a pleasant Saturday evening!
and people DO NOT FORGET THIS....

Is this suppose to be summer?

Yaayyy it´s shining... aah.. uups ... it´s raining W*F...?

I am having a strong attitude problem towards Swedish weather... it rains and then it´s suddenly warm and then it rains again! .... Since when the Swedish weather became comparable to English weather? .... Well anyways, since the weather has been sucky my running plans were once again collapsing. My throat was also hurting this morning, so I am not doing any working out today, just to make sure that I won´t get ill or make it worse. I also thought that 2 resting days a week can´t be necessary that bad thing, especially since yesterday´s work out was VERY intense.

So since the weather has been a bit unstable I have been reading about fashion history, movies and without forgetting my countless Spain travel guides. I have been eating pretty healthy and actually relatively small amount today, so my eatings have been good!

Now.... I am off to read more about Chanel´s bags and later today I am gonna be continuing my 90210 marathon...  ( which actually was not suppose to be a marathon... but I randomly saw couple 1 season episodes and since it´s been raining... it turned sort of into a marathon...) Hahah sorry guys for kinda posting about beside my blogs purpose today....  but since this post is my lazy Friday evening post... lets try to put some motivational stuff here a bit so that I will feel a bit better;)....

( this phrase.... should become my motto!)

So here is some Friday night motivation for everyone! Hopefully you will have more work out rich Friday than I have!

The frustration

Hello lovelies!

My day can be summed up into one feeling, frustration. I feel like I am working my butt of and eating healthy, but I am just getting fatter and fatter. It´s a long way to go and change does not happen during one night, but I am a sort of person who would like the change to happen over one night... ( can anyone relate to this feeling!?).  Furthermore my studentloan problem and part time job... ( or rather lack of it)... are bothering and causing frustration as  well which the lovely rainy and cold weather were like a cherry on top of the already crappy and sappy day.

Hopefully tomorrow my day will be better and the weather would get warmer so I would be able to run outside during the weekend!

One of the few good things today was my strawberry banana smoothie I made for lunch... here are some pictures of my eatings today and easy recipe for a smoothie which contains only app. 100 kcal per a glass!

Easy strawberry banana smoothie:
100 g strawberries ( frozen)
1/2 banana
0,25 dl skimmed milk
0.75-2.5 dl water ( depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
stevia ( according to your preferences)

Basically what you do is that you just mix everything with a blender & then ENJOY THE DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE!

                                                    1/2 banana, 2/3 apple & raisins

Now  a quick shower and off to bed! Sorry for the rather short post. My bed and blog were fighting... and gonna let u know a secret...this time... my bed wins! Night xx

Temptation evening number 1

The world of temptations we live in!

My day has been super productive and I have been going to store, doing zumba flat abs 3 times, cleaning kitchen and my room and cooked dinner for my family. Since I have barely been eating anything yesterday and day before, today I got really hungry during the evening, especially because I did not finish my dinner ( I only ate perhaps 2/3 of it). My mom had gone to chinese restaurant to get food so I took couple forks of rice with chicken and veggies and it tasted good! ( probably because I was very hungry and my stomach was making serious noises!). I do not want to starve my self so I thought that eating a bit warm food around 20.00 is okay for this once. For everyone who do not know I tend to stop eating solid food after 7 pm, but as mentioned earlier, I do not want to starve my self, especially since I am going to do some jumping jacks tonight and I will need energy in order to finish my workout.

After eating the chinese food, I felt very lousy about "breaking" my after 7pm rule. I furthermore started thinking about a bag of chocolate candy and finnish "salmiakki mix" ( finnish candy) from my graduation... and I was VERY TEMPTED TO EAT ALL THE CANDY! However I controlled myself and reminded myself about why I am doing this ( oh the gorgeous body  here I come <3). But the thing which actually stopped me from eating candy was the fact that there´s simply zero nutrients or good things for my body in it. Sugars, processed ingredients and bad fats. I had to ask my self " Do you really want to mistreat your body?" "Is a moment of joy and rest of the evening of misery truly worth it?" ... And after a battle inside my head...( which felt like forever) I ditched the candy, took a glass of water and gum and walked away from the temptation. ( YAYYY winner feeling!).

Herb carrotsticks and a piece of dark bread with 1 tea spoon of ketchup, green pepper, tomato, turkey & 5 g of cheese ( one of my absolute fav lunches, so easy so delicious!)

Green Chicken sallad with cottage cheese

Right now I have to just admit that damn ...I am happy for not eating candy. I would have felt very lousy and would have been more likely to do this again in the future. But I believe that this is how the process is and should go. It is suppose to be hard at first but every time you say no to something, you say yes for something else ( in this case I am saying yes to healthier lifestyles and  hotter body). Above you can see some food pictures of my eatings today. Now I am off to do some serious jumping have a great wednesday evening!

Getting Back On Track!

Okay......today I have been eating healthy and doing my work out, so it´s finally official! I am back on track and it feels good. Of course I have lot of making up to do and catching up if I want to achieve my goals on time. However I have a feeling that I will be able to do it and my motivation is surprisingly high! Today I met my friend and we had a looong chat about our graduation party which was crazy! One of the most event rich evenings of my life. NO JOKE.  Everyone were hooking up or getting waisted or doing something crazy and I think that I was one of the few people who did not get drunk (and therefore it´s so funny now how no one remembers anything about the party.... except me;))... but don´t you guys worry! I had  pleeenty of fun ;) ... and okay maybe that sounded a bit wrong... but lets just say it was a HELLUVA PARTY and definitely a night to remember!

Aaaaand noooow..... from a topic to another.... I am super pumped up about Pretty Little Liars episode which is coming up tonight! ( anyone else getting goose pumps?) So I am gonna hit the shower so I can get good night of sleep before tomorrow morning ( cause that´s the earliest when I will be able to find the newest PLL episode here in Sweden)! So now little bit motivation to keep me & you guys going....
